Our strategy 

The WET Committee develops a three year strategic plan which reflects our aspirations and expectations for the coming period. Our objectives are modest from an organisational point of view, but we know that if we achieve those objectives we can make life-changing differences to small communities in Timor-Leste.

Like most other small not-for-profit organisations, our activities were very curtailed by the COVID pandemic from 2021 to 2023. Despite this we managed to implement much of our 2019 - 2021 strategic plan, and achieve some significant outcomes. 

We updated our strategic plan in 2022 to reflect the new world in which we were operating.
