On the 6th April 2020, Ines Almeida, the Timor-Leste Ambassador to Australia wrote to WET President Greta Perry with her compliments on the work WET has undertaken.
The Ambassador issued an invitation to meet the group following the Covid-19 restrictions.
Greta was excited and proud to receive this Letter which follows hot on the heels of the opening of the successful "Lacau project". The project saw WET supply technical expertise, tanks and funding funding for materials to enable 300 households with 2500 people and a school catering for 280 students access to running water.
